Quattro — Italian for four — is a contemporary grill, a pizzeria, and ‘rosticceria’, a rotisserie turning out roast legs of lamb, ribs of beef, pork loins and whole chickens. Artisan pasta is handmade a block away in DePasquale’s Homemade Pasta Shoppe. Bread is baked across the street at Bricco Panneteria. Margherita pizza Creative pizzas are baked at 900 degrees F in a wood-burning Marra Forni brick oven brought in from Naples, Italy. Quattro, featuring the “greatest hits” from all the other DePasquale restaurants, is open seven days a week for lunch and dinner with a menu featuring small plates called “sfizi” (cravings, with good reason!), roast meat paninis at lunch, pasta dishes, grilled meat and fresh seafood. Stop in soon … you can’t miss Quattro at the corner of Hanover and Parmenter Streets, the four corners of the historic North End.
